Purple WES Compound Tungsten Tig Welding Electrode 3mm
Product Description
WES tungsten electrode is an electrode material widely used in the welding process. It has the characteristics of high melting point, corrosion resistance, high density, good thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. WES tungsten electrode is mainly used for TIG welding. It is made by powder metallurgy with about 0.3%-5% rare earth elements (such as cerium, thorium, lanthanum, zirconium, yttrium, etc.), and then processed by pressure. The diameter ranges from 0.25 to 6.4mm, and the standard length ranges from 75 to 600mm.
Features:
High melting point: The melting point is as high as 3683℃±20℃, which is suitable for welding in high temperature environment.
Good electrical and thermal conductivity: Suitable for current conduction and heat transfer in various welding processes.
Corrosion resistance: It can remain stable in a variety of welding environments and extend the service life.
Strong electron emission ability: Suitable for welding tasks requiring high energy output.
