Product Description


H10Mn2 submerged arc welding wire is a non-alloy fine-grained steel submerged arc welding wire with excellent welding processability, easy slag removal, and beautiful weld formation. It is mainly used in conjunction with sintered flux JQ·SJ101, and is suitable for welding base materials with a tensile strength level of 490MPa, such as Q345. Common application areas include ships, pressure vessels, bridges, engineering machinery, construction machinery, and steel structures.


Features
H10Mn2 submerged arc welding wire has high low-temperature toughness and strength, and is suitable for various structural welding that requires high strength and good toughness.

 

Notes
Welding wire storage: Keep dry and avoid moisture.


Flux selection: Select appropriate flux according to welding materials and process requirements.


Welding environment: Avoid welding in humid or windy environments to avoid affecting welding quality.
