Product Description


E316LT1-1 flux-cored wire is a welding wire specially designed for stainless steel welding. Its main components include carbon, chromium, nickel and molybdenum, specifically C-18Cr-12Ni-2Mo. It complies with standards such as YB/T 5092, AWS A5.9, and ISO 14343-A-G.


Features

Good welding workability‌: smooth wire feeding, stable arc, beautiful forming, and very little spatter‌. ‌


Excellent corrosion resistance‌: Due to the presence of molybdenum, it has excellent corrosion resistance to acetic acid, phosphoric acid and salts. ‌

Excellent low-temperature performance‌: Specially designed for ultra-low temperature deep-cold welding, the arc is soft and stable, the molten droplets are fine and uniform, there is very little spatter, and the slag is easy to remove. It has good welding process performance and can be welded in all positions‌.
